1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Client:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@webicon.co.in.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of service initiation will be eligible for a full refund, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
  • If the project has progressed beyond the initial design phase, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the work completed.

1.2 Cancellation by Webicon IT Solutions:

  • Webicon IT Solutions reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, client misconduct, or non-payment of dues.
  • In such cases, we will provide a full or partial refund depending on the work completed and payments received.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Full refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of project initiation and no work has commenced.
  • Partial refunds may be granted based on the scope of work completed if the request is made after the initial 48 hours.
  • No refunds will be provided once the website design project is completed and delivered to the client.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services:

  • Domain registration fees
  • Third-party service fees (including but not limited to hosting and plugins)
  • Custom development work beyond the agreed scope

2.3 Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the client.

In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to contact our support team at support@webicon.co.in to resolve the matter amicably.
